A Serial Bomber is responsible for the New York, New Jersey Terror Attacks says law enforcement.
Governor Andrew Cuomo said Sunday that “a bomb exploding in New York is obviously an act of terrorism.” Officials have not attributed a motive for the bombing as yet, and the question remains whether the bomber is associated with a known terrorist organization or is a lone-wolf.
